The engagement of Sarah Kuehner of Lehighton to Brendan Kuhn, also of Lehighton, has been announced by her parents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Suzanne and Merlin (Dusty) Kuehner of Palmerton.
She is a graduate of Palmerton High School, as well as Northampton Community College, Lehigh Carbon Community College and Marywood University.
She is employed as a senior district manager at ADP.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of MaryAlice and Richard Kuhn of Jim Thorpe. He is a graduate of Jim Thorpe Area High School and Lehigh Carbon Community College.
He is employed as a customer service representative at Susquehanna Bank.
The couple is planning a wedding for Aug. 31. 2013.
