Where does the money go?

Dear Editor:

Today, Saturday, July 7, 2012, I read the article in THE TIMES NEWS, Carbon Human Service cuts.

I would like and believe others would also like a breakdown of where the money from the casinos goes.

Please put it so everyone can understand. We don't want to hear about other various projects. We want to know where it went without the bull.

Then tell us how we can build a stadium and why take away from kids.

While you are at it, how can some money-strapped towns have fireworks when they are so hard up for money? Are the fireworks free?
