Northern Lehigh School Board accepts resignation, approves hirings

Northern Lehigh School Board, on an 8-0 vote Monday, with Director Donna Kulp absent, took action on the following co-curricular matters:

• Approved the resignation of Mark Lavine from his position as assistant football coach, $4,936, for the 2018-19 school year, which was originally approved at the Dec. 4 board meeting.

The board also approved the following co-curricular volunteers for the 2018-19 school year:

• Shawn Frame, assistant football coach.

• Adam Merkle, assistant girls’ soccer coach.

• Candace Wood, assistant cheerleading coach.

• Tina Bilheimer, James Corle, Kim Corle, Rebecca Hamm, and Jason Steigerwalt, band advisers.

The board also approved the following co-curricular appointment for the 2018-19 school year’

• Lori-Beth Guelcher, assistant cross-country coach, $2,957

The board also renewed the appointment of the following co-curricular positions for the 2018-19 school year:

• Michelle Raber, middle school fall intramural net sports, $888; middle school winter intramural net sports, $888; and middle school spring intramural net sports, $888.

• Randall Utsch, majorette/band adviser, $2,284.
