Ohio terror plot suspect charged with threats against Trump

CLEVELAND (AP) — Federal prosecutors say a man accused of scouting locations in Cleveland for a July 4 terrorist attack that never occurred also made threats to kill President Donald Trump and his family.

Additional charges filed Tuesday alleges 49-year-old Demetrius Pitts, of Maple Heights, made threats last June to kidnap and harm Trump.

The charges were added to an indictment handed up in January accusing Pitts of attempting to provide material support to Al-Qaida. Prosecutors say an FBI operative gave Pitts a cellphone and bus pass so he could travel to downtown Cleveland to scout locations for an attack during holiday fireworks.

Pitts was arrested July 2, the day after discussing a truck-bomb attack in Philadelphia.

Messages seeking comment were left Wednesday with Pitts’ federal public defender.

Crazy Maxine Waters... "If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them!"
Demetrius Pitts took it up a notch. Predictable. Be careful what you wish for Maxi.
My question still remains... How can people of good faith continue to stand beside this brood of vipers called Democrats?
Low intellect bullies get incited by politicians like Maxine Waters (and a thousand more) that should know better. Just because they don’t agree with the results of an election. Trump Derangement Syndrome is the result. “The ends justify the means” is enough reason they think. The press is responsible too. Haters feed off of it. It is time for patriotic warriors to rise up to resist these dysfunctional haters. It is one thing to express an opinion. It is another to be condescending and insulting. Shine the light on the hypocrisy. For the honor of our fellow warriors that have fallen make the haters eat their words.
