One dead in W. Schuylkill County crash

One person was killed Friday afternoon in a crash in Hubley Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven responded to the crash at Route 25 and Kushwa Road just before 1:30 p.m.

Police said a car drifted over and hit another one head-on. The passenger in the second car died at the scene. The driver and passenger of the first car, and driver of the second car, were flown to Geisinger Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
