One-vehicle crash in Schuylkill
State police at Frackville reported on a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 12:59 a.m. on Sunday along Main Street in Girardville, Schuylkill County.
Troopers said Edward J. Conti, 19, of Ringtown, was driving a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado truck eastbound when he lost control.
The truck went onto the south berm and struck an embankment, then overturned onto its roof and came to rest on its roof facing west.
Conti and his passenger, a 14-year-old boy from Ringtown, were not injured. The truck had to be towed.
Conti was cited for the crash.
