Padora’s donates to Toys for Tots
Padora’s Bakery and Six Pack House in Tamaqua collected dozens of donations for this year’s Toys For Tots campaign. Anyone who donated a new toy was given a fresh loaf of Padora’s Italian bread. The Padora-Berger family dedicated this year’s toy drive to Carolyn Padora, family matriarch who passed away earlier this year. Family representative Amber Berger Murphy, seated left with Astin Murphy, thanked “all the people who made this year’s Toys for Tots drive extra special in memory of Carolyn Padora. It was greatly appreciated. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!” Also on hand to help transfer the toys to the Marine Corps League were Cheyenne Padora, Cillian Murphy and Trinity Padora.
