The Padres recently captured the Franklin Township Minor League division championship with an 8-7 victory in the title game. The team was 6-4-2 during the regular season before earning the league crown in the playoffs. Members of the team included Landon Steigerwalt, Brock Atwood, Korbin Ahner, Alex Bedocs, Mason Parliman, Chase Bokan, Scott McHenry, Aiden Wowk, Parker Rodgers, Grant Birnbaum, Landon Trainer and Braylon Hunsicker. The manager was Mike Birnbaum while the coaches were Zoltan Bedocs, Bill Parliman, Vinny Garofalo, Travis Hunsicker, Frank Bokan and Logan Wentz. The team’s bat boy was Brody Hunsicker.
