Palmerton honors Duell for service

Duell, who is an Army Reserve Ambassador, was honored at a council meeting Thursday night for being an outstanding Palmerton resident and for his military service. Along with a framed resolution, Duell received a salute from members of the Palmerton United Veterans Organization. He was one of three people honored by the borough council recently.
