Council meeting
A regular meeting of the Palmerton Borough Council will be held at 7 p.m. July 25 in Borough Hall Council Chambers, 443 Delaware Ave., Palmerton.
Gaming Grotto
Gaming Grotto is open to the public and is hosted by Living Hope Lighthouse Church, 705 N. Third St., Palmerton. The event will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. July 19. This is a free gaming lounge where people can build relationships through the gaming culture. Have gaming systems of all kinds and board games. Refreshments available for a small fee.
Jerusalem UCC
At 9 a.m. on Sunday, the worship service at Jerusalem United Church of Christ, 545 Church Drive, Trachsville will be held in the church grove. Bring a lawn chair.
JUCC has formed a new quilting group, and the next meeting will be July 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Anyone interested in crafting, sewing and quilting is invited to join. Bring your friends and enjoy some fun and fellowship.
