Palmerton news for Nov. 9

Fall Bazaar

A fall bazaar and filling sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 500 Ore St., Bowmanstown.

There will be a Chinese auction, bake sale and book sale. The kitchen will also be open for lunch.

Community meal

A free community meal will be served from 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. John’s UCC, 891 Columbia Ave., Palmerton.

All are invited to join together in food and fellowship. Call 610-826-2050 for information.

Come to the Palmerton Area Library, 402 Delaware Ave. on Tuesday from 6-7:30 p.m. to learn how to research your family history. Do you know who your family is? Here’s your chance to find out. This is held the second Tuesday of each month.
