Palmerton police log

Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

DUI: Travis Workman, 29, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving and speeding, for an incident March 23 on Route 248 east.

Edward Weiss, 43, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped ignition interlock, and traffic control signals, for an incident May 24 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Jessica Hartman, 28, Palmerton, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct and two counts of disorderly conduct, for an incident Aug. 1 in the 200 block of Alley E.

Korey Rhodes, 26, Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident July 31 in the 100 block of Alley E.

Harassment: Peter Foder, 60, Weissport, was charged with harassment, for an incident Aug. 2 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Maximum gross weight: Jorge Coronel-Abad, 32, Roselle, New Jersey, was charged for maximum gross weight, for an incident July 27 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued seven citations for vehicle violations, and three for speeding.
