Palmerton Police log

Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Access device fraud: Robert Kugler Jr., 32, of Lehighton, was charged with access device fraud, for an incident that occurred sometime between July 2-23 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Stephen Susel, 50, of Palmerton, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and criminal trespass, for an incident Aug. 24 in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Christopher Smith, 32, of Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident Aug. 28 in the 400 block of Columbia Avenue.

DUI: Garry Smith, 60, of Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, driving on right side of roadway, and turning movements and required signals, for an incident Aug. 3 at Princeton Avenue and Tomb Street.

Citations: Police also issued four citations each for speeding and traffic violations, and one for vehicle violation.
