Palmerton Police log

Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Theft: Juvenile charges were filed against a 12-year-old Palmerton boy for theft and receiving stolen property, for an incident Jan. 2 in the 700 block of First Street.

Maximum axle weight: Manual Guaman, 61, Corona, New York, was charged for an incident Feb. 26 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Citations: Police also issued five citations for speeding, and three for traffic violations.
