Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Restrictions on alcoholic beverages: James Hoffman, 66, Palmerton, was charged for an incident Dec. 23 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued four citations each for speeding and vehicle violations, and two for traffic violations.
