Palmerton police report on incidents

Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Simple assault: Robert Crockett, 38, Palmerton, was charged with simple assault, harassment, persistent disorderly conduct and flight to avoid apprehension, for an incident Jan. 24 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Zachary Laubach, 18, Palmerton, was charged for aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, for an incident Dec. 10 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued five citations for traffic violations, three for vehicle violations and one for speeding.
