Palmerton soccer players donate to food pantry
Palmerton Area High School players from the girls soccer league pose for a photo last week in the Palmerton Food Pantry at St. John’s Lutheran Church. The girls had just finished presenting the pantry with food donations and a $275 check, all raised through the annual benefit game against Lehighton High School held earlier this month. “I can’t thank you enough for this,” Ken Kaiser, who co-chairs the pantry alongside Barbara Brader, told the teenage team.
