Panther Valley library collects hats, gloves for veterans

The Panther Valley Public Library is collecting hats, gloves and scarves to donate to area veterans. Drop off your donation at the Library anytime between now and Dec. 22. The winter items will be given out at a stand down event at the Lansford Fire Company on Jan. 20.

The library is open 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday; and 5-7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Any questions, call 570-645-3780.
