Pleasant Valley student referred to State Police
State police are looking into a threat at Pleasant Valley High School.
On April 4, a Pleasant Valley high school student posted a threat on Snapchat.
According to district superintendent, David Piperato the student threatened to “shoot up the school.”
Piperato confirmed that he student was quickly identified, removed from the school premises and referred to the state police.
The police conducted an investigation and it was determined that the student did not have access to guns and was not a threat to the school community.
