Pocono Summit man cited for dog incident

Steven Benedetto, 49, of Pocono Summit, was cited by state police at Fern Ridge after his unleashed dog chased and bit an Effort man, causing minor injury to his lower left leg.

Police said the incident happened at 7 p.m. April 9 at a home on the 3000 block of Route 115 in Chestnuthill Township.
