postponements

The following events have been postponed by today’s inclement weather:

BOYS BASKETBALL

• Lourdes at Marian (ppd. to 1/17, 5:30 p.m.). The game will now precede the Mahanoy Area at Marian girls basketball game. Both games will be varsity only.

• Williams Valley at Panther Valley (ppd. to 1/17, 7 p.m.). The start of the JV game will be moved up 30 minutes from its original time and will now begin at 5:30.

• Tamaqua at Pottsville (ppd. to 1/17, 7:30 p.m.)

• Blue Mountain at Lehighton (ppd. to 1/17, 7 p.m.). The game will now be played at Blue Mountain.

• Pleasant Valley at East Stroudsburg North (ppd. to 1/20, 1 p.m.). This will be the second game of a varsity only girls/boys doubleheader.

• Minersville at Jim Thorpe (ppd. to 1/26, 7:30 p.m.)

• Schuylkill at Weatherly (ppd. to 1/20, 7:30 p.m.)

GIRLS BASKETBALL

• Pleasant Valley at East Stroudsburg North (ppd. to 1/20, 11:30 a.m.). This will be the first game of a varsity only girls/boys doubleheader.

• Jim Thorpe at North Schuylkill (ppd. to 1/31, 7:30 p.m.)

WRESTLING

• Saucon Valley at Northern Lehigh (ppd. to 1/22, 5:30 p.m.). The match will now be wrestled at Saucon Valley with a 5:30 p.m. varsity start time.

• Palisades at Palmerton (ppd. to 1/20, 10:45 a.m.). The junior high match will begin at 10 a.m. with the varsity to follow.

• Northwestern at Bangor (ppd. to 1/20, 8:30 a.m.) The junior high match will begin at 8 a.m. with the varsity to follow.

SWIMMING/DIVING

• North Schuylkill, PV at Tamaqua (ppd. to 1/19, 4:30 p.m.)

Today’s boys basketball game vs. Schuylkill Haven is postponed and will be played Saturday (1/20). JV will start at 6PM with varsity to follow

Tomorrow’s JV girls game vs. Notre Dame East Stroudsburg has been canceled.

We will still be playing their varsity team tomorrow at 6PM.
