Process to fill Staudenmeier’s seat

Schuylkill County officials will advertise for candidates to serve the remainder of the four-year term of Commissioner Frank Staudenmeier.

Once the application period closes, the candidates will be reviewed by the county’s judges, including President Judge William E. Baldwin, Charles Miller, Cyrus Palmer Dolbin, Jacqueline Russell and James Goodman.

The judges will then vote on a candidate.
