Road work for the week of March 9-13, 2020

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announces the following road work this week, weather permitting:

Lehigh County

• Multiple municipalities: I-78 highway beautification between Exit 49 (Route 100) and Exit 67 (Route 412), 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

• Allentown, I-78 ramps shoulder work between Exit 49 (Route 100) and Northampton County line, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday.

• Whitehall and Hanover townships: Route 22 East highway beautification between Cedar Crest Boulevard and Airport Road, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.

• South Whitehall Township, I-78 median barrier repair between Exit 51 (Route 309) and Exit 52 (Route 222), 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday.

Monroe County

• Stroud Township, Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg Boroughs: I-80 East pothole patching between Exit 304 (Route 209 to Route 33) and Exit 308 (East Stroudsburg), 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.; I-80 West pothole patching between Exit 306 (Dreher Ave) and Exit 305 (Route 209 Business), 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday.

• Hamilton Township, Bossardsville Road crack sealing between Route 209 and Cherry Valley Road, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

• Tobyhanna Township, Route 115 pothole patching between I-80 and Route 940, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.

• Various townships: I-80 guide rail repair between Exit 293 (I-380) and Exit 309 (Route 209), 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday.

Northampton County

• Lehigh Township, Elm Drive drainage between Blue Mountain Drive and Walnut Drive, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday.

• Hanover Township, Route 22 highway beautification between Northampton County Line and New Jersey State line, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday.

Schuylkill County

• West Penn Drive, Route 309 drainage between Clamtown Road and East Penn Drive, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• Foster/Frailey townships: I-81 patching, crack sealing, and brush cutting between Exit 112 (Route 25) and Exit 119 (Highridge Park Road), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
