Route 209 is closed until further notice between Dairy Lane and Silver Valley Road in Brodheadsville due to downed wires. There are power outages to customers throughout the area, including 156 in Carbon County; 927 in Monroe County; 1,706 in Schuylkill County, including 308 in West Penn and 295 in Rush Township.
