Rush Township supervisors
Rush Township supervisors on Thursday unanimously agreed to take the following action:
• Released the bond provided for the AutoZone Land Development improvements in the amount of $265,733.
• Reduced the letter of credit for the Tyrone and Janet Rarick Land Development from $122,521 to $61,171, a reduction of $61,350.
• Purchase 12 grinder pumps for Lake Hauto from Site Specific Design Inc for $22,267.
• Authorized board Chairman Shawn Gilbert to execute all necessary documents for submission of a grant application to the Commonwealth Financing Authority for the Cumberland Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project.
• Revised change order No. 2 for the Hometown Sewer Project to an extension of substantial completion to April 19, and final completion to May 18.
• Adopted a resolution revising the project amount cap from $25,000 to $55,000 for Home Rehabilitation Program.
• Approved the Gellner and Company Sewage Facilities Planning Module Application Mailer Exemption for one EDU for the proposed office and warehouse structure.
• Adopted a resolution appointing Gilbert as the designated official to execute all documents and agreements between the board of supervisors and Commonwealth Financing Authority.
• Adopted a resolution appointing township secretary Debbie DelFranco as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Non-Police Pension Plan.
• Approved a proclamation to designate the month of April as Pennsylvania 811 Safe Digging Month.
