Saylorsburg man facing DUI, possession charges

Robert M. Fenton of Saylorsburg is facing charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and related paraphernalia after a stop made by state police at the Stroudsburg barracks.

Police said he was stopped at 10:23 p.m. June 15 at the intersection of Seven Bridge and Milford roads in Smithfield Township because police were aware there was a warrant out for his arrest.

After the stop, police said they found him to be DUI and in possession of the drugs.
