Schuylkill Commissioners recognize April as Duck Month
During a meeting Wednesday, the Schuylkill County Commissioners recognized April as Duck Month. On April 28, Avenues will hold its 31st annual rubber duck race on Mill Creek, in front of Walmart in St. Clair. From left are Commissioner Gary Hess, Chairman George Halcovage, Director of Avenues Peter Keitsock, the Avenue’s Duck Mascot, and Commissioner Frank Staudenmeier.
