Schuylkill County Court — ARD

Two defendants were admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program for first-time offenders, in decisions by Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin on Sept. 12.

If a person successfully completes all conditions of the program, their record will be wiped clean. However, if they fail to complete it, or are revoked from it, then they would face trial on all pending charges. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program.

Kendy S. Joseph, 34, Lansford, was arrested by officer James Bonner, Coaldale Police, on Aug. 24, 2018, on three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Joseph must pay fines and costs of $750, attend alcohol highway safety school, undergo a 60-day license suspension and serve 10 hours community service, followed by 12 months on probation.

Danca Wilkins-Rodriquez, 25, Hazle Township, was arrested Feb. 2, 2019, by officer Bradley Hess, Rush Township Police, on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Wilkins-Rodriquez must pay fines and costs of $400 and serve 10 hours community service, followed by 12 months on probation.
