Schuylkill County court — ARD

Two people were admitted into the standard ARD program, in decisions by President Judge William E. Baldwin on Oct. 4. If a person successfully completes all conditions of the program their record will be wiped clean. However, if they fail to complete it, or are revoked from it, then they would face trial on all pending charges. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program.

Ruth A. Kozuch, 57, Lansford, was arrested on DUI charges by Coaldale Police on Nov. 14, 2018. She must pay $500 to defray the cost of the program, plus $450 in fines and costs. She must complete alcohol highway safety school and do 10 hours community service.

Zachery J. Cash, 21, Barnesville, was arrest on DUI charges by Pottsville Police on Feb. 26, 2019. He must pay $500 to defray the cost of the program, plus $250 in fines and costs. He must complete alcohol highway safety school and do 10 hours community service.
