Schuylkill County Court — ARD

The following defendants were admitted into the ARD program in Schuylkill County Court last week. If a person successfully completes all conditions of the program their record will be wiped clean. However, if they fail to complete it, or are revoked from it, then they would face trial on all pending charges. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program.

Dilian John Zehner, 28, Tamaqua, was arrested by Coaldale Police on May 2 on charges of intentional possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of a controlled substance and noncompliance with sound level. Fines and costs are $500, with a 12-month probation and 10 hours community service required.

Kaitlyn Michelle Tomasovich, 21, Mahanoy City, was arrested by Rush Township Police on May 1, charged with theft of leased property. Fines and costs are $350, plus restitution of $2,503 to Rent-A-Center. She will be on probation for 12 months and do 10 hours community service.

Tonya A. Stahler, 32, Coaldale, was arrested by Tamaqua Police on Nov. 19, 2018, on charges of false reports and identification, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle after registration is suspended. Fines and costs are $777 and she must do 10 hours community service, with probation for 12 months.

Tyrone K. Zancofsky, 55, Tamaqua, was arrested by West Penn Township Police on May 15 on a charge of theft by unlawful taking. Fines and costs are $400. He must do 10 hours community service.

Michael R. Hargett, 42, Summit Hill, was arrested by Coaldale Police on Feb. 16 on charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fines and costs are $750, with 10 hours of community service required. He must complete the alcohol highway safety program.

Sally A. Bell, 68, Coaldale, was arrested by West Penn Township Police April 13 on a DUI charge. Fines and costs are $650. She must complete alcohol highway safety school and do 10 hours community service.
