Schuylkill County court — ARD

Schuylkill County Judge John E. Domalakes has accepted nine people charged by local police into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

If they successfully complete the program, their records may be expunged.

Tyler J. Dougherty, 19, Barnesville: Charged by Mahanoy Township police with receiving stolen property, theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on May 21, 2017.

Domalakes accepted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Dougherty to perform 20 hours of community service and to pay $2,800 restitution.

Gino Furgio, 19, of McAdoo: Charged by borough police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 14, 2017.

Domalakes accepted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Furgio to perform 10 hours of community service.

Jacob R. Hartzell, 22, of Tamaqua: Charged by borough police with theft by deception on June 5, 2017.

Domalakes accepted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Hartzell to perform 10 hours of community service and to pay $1,050 restitution.

Ty D. Hinkle, 19, of Tamaqua: Charged by state police at Frackville with driving under the influence on June 21, 2017.

Domalakes accepted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Hinkle to perform 10 hours of community service.

Erin M. Long, 48, of New Ringgold: Charged by Orwigsburg police with driving under the influence on Feb. 18, 2017.

Domalakes accepted her into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Long to perform 10 hours of community service.

Christopher M. Lopresto, 56, of Tamaqua: Charged by borough police with driving under the influence on April 13, 2017.

Domalakes accepted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Lopresto to perform 10 hours of community service.

John J. Rizzo, 61, of Barnesville: Charged by state police at Frackville with driving under the influence on June 10, 2017.

Domalakes accepted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Rizzo to perform 10 hours of community service and to pay $2,800 restitution.

Sara R. Koonrad, 27, of Ashley: Charged by Coaldale police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failing to use turn signals on June 12, 2017.

Domalakes accepted her into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Koonrad to perform 10 hours of community service.
