Schuylkill County court — ARD
The following were admitted to the ARD program on Feb. 21 in Schuylkill County court.
Marlene N. Benitez, 24, McAdoo, prosecuted by Joelle Columbo, Inspector General’s Office, on a charge of welfare fraud/fraudulently obtaining food stamps and assistance, from Dec. 31, 2016. Benitez must pay restitution of $2,013 to Pennsylvania and $350 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD, and serve 10 hours community service. She will be on probation for 12 months.
Sean W. Snibbe, 25, Tamaqua, arrested by Tamaqua police officer Karl Harrig June 5, 2018, and charged with disorderly conduct. Snibbe must bay $350 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD, serve 10 hours of community service and will be on probation for 12 months.
Thomas Case, 40, Tamaqua, arrested by Tamaqua police officer Henry Woods and charged with theft by deception, receiving stolen property on Dec. 6, 2017. Case must pay restitution of $365 to Riegel Fuel Oil and pay $350 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD. He must serve 10 hours of community service and will be on probation for 12 months.
Daniel J. Cunningham, 48, Hazleton, arrested by McAdoo police officer William Curilla April 23, 2018, charged with obstruction of the administration of law and disorderly conduct. Cunningham must pay $350 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD and serve 10 hours community service.
ARD/DUI
Racynaf Aramit Figuera-Boneta, 28, White Haven, arrested by McAdoo police officer Frederick Lahovski Sept. 17, 2017, and charged with DUI, possession of a small amount, driving without a license, no rear lights, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating without inspections, operating without financial responsibility. The charges of driving without a license and operating without financial responsibility were dropped. Figuera-Boneta must pay $500 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD, pay $400 to Lehigh Valley Health Network South, serve 10 hours of community service and pay additional associated fines and costs.
Connor Evans, 23, New Ringgold, arrested by Tamaqua police officer Thomas Rogers Dec. 16, 2017, and charged with DUI and careless driving. Evans must pay $500 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD, pay $120 to LVHN-S, serve 10 hours community service and pay other associated fines and costs.
John R. Weeks III, 19, New Ringgold, arrested by Orwigsburg police officer Brandon Bayer on April 7, 2018, and charged with DUI, prohibited offensive weapon, possession small amount and possession drug paraphernalia. Weeks must pay $500 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD, pay $400 to LVHN, serve 10 hours community service and pay other associated fines and costs.
Stephen M. Caroll, 20, Tamaqua, arrested by McAdoo police officer Steven Torres on April 19, 2018 and charged with DUI and general lighting violation. Caroll must pay $500 to Schuylkill County to defray the cost of ARD, pay other associated fines and costs and serve 10 hours community service.
