Schuylkill County Court — ARD

The following were admitted to the ARD program in Schuylkill County court.

ARD Program/ Regular

Jessica L. Santana, 23, McAdoo, was arrested by McAdoo police officer William Curilla on June 10, 2018, and charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia. On Feb. 27, Santana was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for 12 months. She must pay $100 to the substance abuse education fund and must also serve 10 hours community service.

Luz E. Roman, 38, Hazleton, was arrested by McAdoo police officer Steven Torres on May 29, 2018, and charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia. On Feb. 27 Roman was accepted into the ARD program.

Tiffany Rose Lampron, 37, Summit Hill, was arrested by Tamaqua police officer Thomas Rogers on July 10, 2018, and charged with bad checks. On Feb. 27 Lampron was accepted into the ARD program. She must pay $380 restitution to Rarick’s Oil and serve 10 hours community service.

Defendants must also pay $350 to the county to defray the cost of the program, $50 to the criminal justice enhancement account and a $50 a month supervision fee.

ARD Program/DUI

Richard A. Scott, 60, White Haven, was arrested by McAdoo police officer William Curilla on Feb. 22, 2018, and charged with DUI/general impairment and DUI/highest rate. Scott was accepted into the ARD program on Feb. 27. Scott’s operating privileges are suspended for 60 days. He must pay $120 to the Lehigh Valley Health Network and $100 to the substance abuse education fund. Additional associated fines and fees totaling $177. He must also serve 100 hours community service.

Audalis Diaz, 24, Paterson, New Jersey, was arrested by McAdoo police officer Steven Torres on May 19, 2018 and charged with DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability. Diaz was accepted into the ARD program on Feb. 27. His operating privileges are suspended for 60 days. He must pay $400 restitution to an injured party and pay $100 to the substance abuse education fund. He must serve 10 hours community service, and pay additional associated fines and fees totaling $177.

Nicole M. Beehrle, 32, Tamaqua, was arrested by Coaldale police officer Thomas Sabulsky on April 8, 2018, and charged with DUI: general impairment and DUI: highest rate. Beehrle will have her operating privileges suspended for 60 days. She must pay $300 to the substance abuse education fund, serve 10 hours community service and pay additional associated fines and fees totaling $177.

Defendants must also pay $500 to defray the cost of the ARD program, plus $50 criminal justice enhancement fund and a $50 a month supervision fee. They must also enroll in and successfully complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School operated by the Good Samaritan Hospital, Pottsville, and pay the required fee for the program.
