Schuylkill County court — bench warrants dissolved
A Jim Thorpe man has had a bench warrant against him dissolved and his $25,000 unsecured bail reinstated by a Schuylkill County judge.
Ricky Hunsicker, 32, was ordered by Judge James P. Goodman to stay at 54 Coal St., and not relocate without first notifying the Clerk of Courts and district attorney in writing.
Goodman also ordered Hunsicker to get drug and alcohol counseling and to have no contact with the victim.
Hunsicker was charged by Tamaqua police with criminal trespass, giving false identification to police, possessing a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness on Aug. 6, 2017.
District Attorney Michael A. O’Pake asked for the bench warrant on April 18 after Hunsicker failed to show up for a hearing.
Goodman also dissolved the bench warrant against Francesco Pavia, 46, also of Jim Thorpe.
Judge Charles M. Miller had revoked Pavia’s $10,000 unsecured bail, and Goodman ordered him to contact the public defender’s office to get the case resolved.

The district attorney’s office on June 17 asked for a bench warrant after Pavia failed to appear.

The district attorney’s office on May 17 asked for a bench warrant after Nahf failed to appear.

He ordered Norwood to stay at 226 E. Abbott St., Lansford, and not relocate without first notifying the Clerk of Courts and district attorney in writing.
