On the possession charge, Judge James P. Goodman revoked her parole and ordered her to complete her original sentence. He gave Tonkin no credit for the 131 days she had already served, making her new maximum release date March 17, 2019.
On the remaining charges, Goodman ordered Tonkin to serve 12 months on probation, to be served at the same time as the jail sentence. He also ordered to her to obtain and drug and alcohol evaluation to see if she qualifies for inpatient treatment.
If she does, and a bed is available, she may be released into the facility.
