A Drums man arrested twice by Rush Township Police is headed to state prison, in a decision by Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin Nov. 15.

Stephen A. Orlando, 27, was arrested Feb. 26, 2019 and charged with retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property. He was arrested March 3, 2019 on identical charges.

He was sentenced to 6 to 12 months from the first arrest and sentenced to 6 to 12 months for the second arrest, with that sentence to begin at the expiration of the first sentence. He must pay $258 restitution to Walmart.
