Schuylkill County Court - sentencing
Three women received state prison terms, in decision by Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin Sept. 12.
Ariel S. Stevens, Coaldale, 22, was sentenced to 18 to 36 months for delivery of a controlled substance, followed by six to 12 months on probation. Stevens had been arrested by Kirk Schwartz of the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office in July, September and October 2018, for a total of six counts of delivery of a controlled substance. She must also pay $400 in fines and costs.
Carly Jo Fairchild, 25, Pottsville, will serve nine to 24 months. Fairchild was arrested May 21, 2018, by Tamaqua Police officer Thomas Rodgers on charges of criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility. She must also pay $456.50 in fines and costs.
Kathleen E. Keeth, 39, Dallas, will serve six to 24 months. Plus pay $300 in fines and costs. Keeth was arrested June 18, 2018, by officer Robert Bethtel, Rush Township Police, on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
