Schuylkill County personnel

Schuylkill County Commissioners approved the following personnel changes during a meeting Wednesday:

• Desiree Malho, Butler Township, and Danbrielle Shoener, Pottsville, were promoted from county caseworker I to county caseworker II for Children & Youth services.

• Sherry McCready, Pine Grove, per diem judicial secretary in court administration at a salary of $22 per hour.

• Judy Muldowney, Pottsville, resigned as temporary scanning clerk in Clerk of Courts office.

• Deputy Coroner Joseph Pothering, Branch Township, resigned from the Coroner’s Office.

• Renee Tessitore, Washington Township, resigned as county caseworker II from Children & Youth.

• Julia Kubich, Minersville, and Rose Kern, Mahanoy City, were reappointed to serve on the Office of Senior Services Advisory board. Dorothy Moran, Pottsville, was appointed to serve on the board. The three-year term runs from June 1, 2019, to May 31, 2022.
