Schuylkill driver cited after crash

A Schuylkill County driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 6:20 a.m. Monday along Lakeview Avenue in Delano Township.

State police at Frackville said Jeremy Schlauch, 41, of Nuremberg, was driving a 2015 Ford F250 van northbound in the village of Delano and rounding a right curve when the van left the road and struck a utility pole. The impact sheared the pole.

Schlauch fled the scene. but was later located and will receive three traffic citations.

He was not injured.
