Schuylkill incident under investigation
A theft and criminal mischief incident is under investigation in Schuylkill County.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said between Wednesday at 4 a.m. and Thursday at 6 p.m., someone damaged the 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck of a 47-year-old man from Orwigsburg as it was parked at the Cressona Mall in North Manheim Township. Troopers said the suspects drilled a hole in the gas tank and drained out the diesel fuel inside.
The fuel lost was valued at $50 and the damages to the tank were estimated at $800. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-593-2000.
