Schuylkill man cited for conduct

A Schuylkill County man has been cited for disorderly conduct following an incident at his residence.

State police at Frackville said troopers responded to a residence on Lost Creek Road in West Mahanoy Township, about 1:17 p.m. on Sunday for a report of a disturbance. On scene troopers learned that Alex Fogarty, 28, of that address, was involved in a verbal argument with his wife. As he left the residence and went outside he continued to yell profanities. He was then cited.
