Rush Township, 95.38% real estate, 70.56% per capita.

Schuylkill Township, 91.32% real estate, 71.55% per capita.

Walker Township, 96.64% real estate, 73.49% per capita.

West Penn Township, 95.43% real estate, 77.25% per capita.

Coaldale Borough, 84.34% real estate, 54.38% per capita.

New Ringgold Borough, 94.82% real estate, 53.85% per capita.

Tamaqua Borough, 84.90% real estate, 43.76 per capita.
