Two people are facing charges following an incident that occurred on Jan. 2 in Summit Hill.

At 6:27 p.m. police were dispatched to 306 Lansford Court for a report of an unwanted person inside a residence assaulting people. While en route police were informed that the suspects had fled in a white Ford Fusion.

On scene officers were told by the female victim that Keisha Makala Foster, 23, of Whitehall, almost struck her with her vehicle while attempting to flee the scene. The victim also reported hearing the second suspect, identified as Jerry I. Olivencia, 28, also of Whitehall, yelling to Foster to “hit her” multiple times as they were trying to leave.

A records check showed Foster does own a white Ford Fusion and that her license status is suspended.

As a result of an investigation Foster was charged with simple assault and driving under suspension. Olivencia has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Thank you. I can't believe they have no link to report offensive comments. His comment should be removed. It's people like him who make this area look like it's filled with a bunch of hicks. Of course, it is--but we don't need anyone proving it to the rest of the country.
