Shoplifters cited

Two shoplifters were cited following separate incidents that occurred on Friday at two Schuylkill County businesses.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Joanne Noble, 40, of Pottsville, entered the Goodwill Store, located at 1544 Route 61, in North Manheim Township, at 4:13 p.m. and stole a pair of leggings stretch pants valued at $4.25.

At 5:40 p.m. Maryellen Wysochansky, 53, of Frackville, entered Boscov’s Department Store in the Fairlane Village Mall, in Norwegian Township, and stole $1,905.56 worth of merchandise which included clothing and jewelry.

Both women were charged with retail theft.
