Slatington church to hold basket social

United Presbyterian Church in Slatington will hold its 23rd annual basket social April 27-28.

The event is held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 27 and noon to 2 p.m. on April 28 with the basket drawing starting at 2.

Tickets for the basket social are available now through April 21 at a discounted rate; and from April 22 to the time of the social at regular rate.

Food and baked goods will also be available.
