Slatington group plans bus trip

Slatington History Preservation Committee is sponsoring a bus trip to Harrisburg from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 25.

The bus will leave the parking lot at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Slatington at 8 a.m.

The itinerary includes a guided tour of the capitol and the Civil War Museum.

Reservations must be made by March 15.

To secure a seat, payment must accompany your reservation.

Make checks payable to Slatington History Preservation Committee, 44 S. Walnut St., Slatington.

All proceeds will go toward The Slatington Historical Preservation Museum.
