Smoke reported in Summit Hill home
Fire companies from four communities raced to a dwelling fire Tuesday evening in Summit Hill. The fire was reported in a double block home in the 200 block of West Ludlow street. Fire companies from Summit Hill, Lansford, Coaldale and Tamaqua responded. Summit Hill police were the first on scene, reporting the fire out but a heavy smoke condition inside the structure.
