Sporting events postponed

A number of area high school sporting events on Tuesday have been postponed due to wintry weather.

The postponements (with their rescheduled dates) are as follows:

Pleasant Valley at PM East, 7 p.m. (ppd. to 1/30)

Blue Mountain at Tamaqua, 7 p.m. (ppd. to 1/30)

Panther Valley at Pottsville, 7:30 p.m. (ppd. to 1/30)

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Pleasant Valley at PM East, 5:30 p.m. (ppd. to 1/30)

SWIMMING

Tamaqua at Blue Mountain, 4:30 p.m. (ppd. to 2/5)
