As the daughter of former Times News reporter Gail Maholick, Jana Metro has always felt like the Times News was her second home. So after spending 12 years as a certified veterinary technician, Jana joined the circulation department in May 2012 as a part-time administrative assistant.

Between work and taking care of her family, Jana enjoys spending what little free time she has watching and cheering for her daughter, Caroline, in her karate tournaments. The rest her time is spent taking care of her beloved miniature horses and her various other pets.
