JoAnn Simmons has been with the Times News since October 1991, when she served as a supervisor for Jim Thorpe and Nesquehoning operations. She enjoyed training and working with the carriers.
She then moved to our circulation department, where she worked as a telemarketer.

When she is not at the Times News, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her four children, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She also loves to read, travel and enjoys crafting.
In addition to her job here at the Times News, JoAnn has been an Avon representative for 37 years and has built a strong network of relationships with her customers over the years.
